Pennsylania Surrogacy Battle Continues

For an additional twist, the court has awarded custody of the triplets to the Intended Father.? Surrogate intends to appeal on this point.? Also, as a side note, after speaking with a licensed Pennsylvania attorney, it is evident that this case could have been avoided if the Intended Parents had proper counsel.? They could have obtained a pre-birth order if they had followed the correct procedures.? What a shame that such a wonderful situation has turned into this mess!

She was getting more in child support than she and her husband made a year. You do the math...... GO BIO DAD!
