Also, as a side note, after speaking with a licensed Pennsylvania attorney, it is evident that this case could have been avoided if the Intended Parents had proper counsel.? They could have obtained a pre-birth order if they had followed the correct procedures.? What a shame that such a wonderful situation has turned into this mess!
